Since 2003 we have installed hundreds of bathrooms and acquired a great deal of expertise.

From start to finish, we take care of everything. We will remove and dispose of your old suite and tiles and handle all plumbing, electrical, joinery, tiling, and plastering works. If you wish, we can even decorate your bathroom. We offer a complete "key turn" job, leaving you with your dream bathroom.

Typically, a full bathroom installation will take around 10 working days from start to finish on average. We will provide you with a full estimated timescale when you book in your bathroom project.

We begin with a home survey to measure up and ascertain your requirements before producing a detailed plan and initial estimate. Often we make several more home visits to ensure you get exactly what you want before work begins.

At Old School Plumbing we have extensive experience of central heating system installation and repair. Whether you are simply after are replacement radiator valve or the latest unvented hot water cylinder we are able to help.

As a landlord in the UK your property must, by law, have an annual inspection of its gas supply and all the gas appliances. This must be carried out by a Gas Safe Registered Gas Engineer, with the relevant qualifications. In addition to this, landlords need to be able to demonstrate that they have maintained their gas appliances.

We combine gas safety inspections with boiler services so you can relax in the knowledge that your tenants are safe.

VERY IMPORTANT: Any Landlord failing to safety regulations may face prosecution and/or imprisonment with fines of up to £25,000.

WaterSafe membership means we have been vetted, registered and trained to meet strict industry standards. We belong to the Water Industry Approved Plumbers’ Scheme (WIAPS) and are approved by Northumbria Water for water mains installation and repairs.
